Prof. G. P. Sinha Centre for Disaster Management & Rural Development (GPSCDMRD) has been established by eminent scholars, teachers, engineers, doctors, Army Officers, community workers etc. in the memory of Prof. G. P. Sinha, former vice chancellor (PU), one of the most brilliant products of Patna University, a professor of international repute and a distinguished scholar of Cornell University, USA. The Centre is registered under the Society Registration Act, IT Act u/s 12A and 80G with an ISO Certification.
